There is no market flux or risk. The worse that could happen if Shawn died and wasn't insured (which he is) is that I would receive a nice property with alot of equity and a great cash flow that I could keep or liquidate for an even heaftier profit! So this investment made more sense and thinking of putting a much larger amount into private lending as some low yeild bonds mature later in 2014!
